How to Study Off Campus or with a Non QUT Staff Member
To study off campus you need approval from QUT. Please complete the following forms if you wish a supervisor who is not a QUT staff member and/or to complete studies off campus:
- External Supervisor Memorandum : to be used if you have a supervisor who is not a QUT staff member and/or are studying off campus
- External Organisation Memorandum: to be used if you are going to study off campus
Admission Forms
A Statement of Infrastructure Provision for QUT Postgraduate Research Students, provides information on study space, facilities, study environment and ancillary services that QUT expects for successful candidature. If you are studying off campus, your external memoranda will help assure us that you can access these resources.
