Your initial enrolment will be processed by QUT's Research Students Centre based on the study plan provided in your application. Each of the five ATN member universities offer one of the units available in the course. QUT will service your enrolment through other ATN universities as required. During enrolment you will have the opportunity to work with students from across Australia. For QUT to manage your enrolment you must ensure that you re-enrol each calendar year via QUT Virtual if required. Failure to do so will result in your being discontinued from the course. CTS Scholarship holders are reminded that maintaining the approved student plan is important and that any variation to the plan must be approved using the Change Form. EnrolmentAll units are offered exclusively online. There is no on campus component. All units are offered over a 13 week semester. To be eligible to graduate you must complete four units (48CP) including the core unit IFP100 Knowledge Transfer & Research Commercialisation. Units may be taken one or two(part time enrolment) three or four (full time enrolment) per semester. Study OptionsAvailable to all students:

Further information for CTS scholarship students: Option 1 Part Time - 1 unit (12CP) per semester. Cost $2,200 per semester.(*IFP100 Knowledge Transfer and Research Commercialisation must be successfully completed once during the program to meet degree requirements)
Option 2 Part Time - 2 unit (24CP) per semester. Cost $4,400 per semester.
Option 3 Full time in one semester - 3 Units (36CP) Cost $6,600 and Part time in one semester - 1 unit (12CP) per semester Cost $2,200(*IFP100 Knowledge Transfer and Research Commercialisation must be successfully completed once during the program to meet degree requirements)
Option 4 Full time - 4 units (48CP) $8,800This study mode is available in Semester 1 or 2 and requires enrolment in all four units offered.
CTS Scholarship Holders OnlyFor CTS holders it is a requirement that the four units be completed within 24 months and that in any given semester you are enrolled in a total of 48CP across your HDR and Graduate Certificate courses. The enrolment arrangements (i.e., provision of full time and part time options) are still subject to final approval.
Please note if your enrolment drops below 48CP your scholarship may be terminated and you may be required to reimburse the University for all scholarship monies. See also CTS Scholarship |
