ISBS is responsible for administrative services regarding your admission, acceptance and issuing of eCoEs, processing any change of course, extensions of eCoEs, processing of leave forms, compliance monitoring to Department of Immigration and Citizenship. For scholarship students, we provide assistance for OSHC card and information to sponsors.

The Research Students Centre can assist you with:
- Enrolment in units in your course
- Taking leave from studies or applying to undertake field work overseas

- Scholarships Living Allowance payments only
- Thesis examination (e.g., lodgement for examination, submission of final thesis)
- Training and workshop information
