Step 2  International Student Business Services (http://studentservices.qut.com/)

ISBS is responsible for administrative services regarding your admission, acceptance and issuing of eCoEs, processing any change of course, extensions of eCoEs, processing of leave forms, compliance monitoring to Department of Immigration and Citizenship. For scholarship students, we provide assistance for OSHC card and information to sponsors.

Step 3  Research Students Centre (http://www.rsc.qut.edu.au/)

The Research Students Centre can assist you with:

• Enrolment in units in your course
• Taking leave from studies or applying to undertake field work overseas
• Meeting milestones (e.g., Stage 2, Confirmation, Annual Progress Report)
• Scholarships Living Allowance payments only
• Thesis examination (e.g., lodgement for examination, submission of final thesis)
• Training and workshop information

Step 4 Faculty

You can link through to your faculty via the Research Institutes and Centres' webpages

Your faculty can assist you with:

• Space, facilities, equipment, technical and resource staff, source material and funding for the work
• Advice on enrolment requirements for your course
• Supervisory support
• Administrative support

• Information about resources for your studies (e.g., desk, stationery etc)
• Advice on enrolment requirements for your course
• Assistance with completion of forms and obtaining faculty approvals
