Request for a course transfer
As a continuing student you must re-enrol each year via QUT Virtual. Failure to do so will result in your candidature becoming inactive and can result in your being discontinued from your program. As an inactive student you will not be eligible to access resources and services that you will require during candidature.
Select the change form you need from the list below, depending on the course transfer you require:
- Miscellaneous Request Form - Complete with a lesser award
- Transfer Form
to continue studies but in a different award (other than a PhD) or different area.
- transfer within a PhD to a DIFFERENT Faculty/School / Research Centre
- transfer within the SAME Faculty/School / Research Centre INTO A DIFFERENT COURSE ie stay in the same Faculty/School/Centre BUT change from a PhD to a Prof Doc or Res Masters; or from a Prof Doc to a Research Masters
- transfer to a DIFFERENT Faculty/School / Research Centre and INTO A DIFFERENT COURSE ie go to a new Faculty/School/Centre AND change from a PhD to a Prof Doc or Res Masters; or from a Prof Doc to a Research Masters
