If you have missed out in the annual scholarship round or if you would like to supplement your current scholarship, the Research Students Centre updates the external scholarships website each month with funding opportunities for students. View the External Scholarships. If you can not see anything that you could apply for, it is sometimes helpful to go to the archives section to view awards from previous years. If you spot something of interest look again at the website around that time again in the current year in case they are advertised annually. We put the advertisements up as we receive the information. Sometimes QUT has an earlier closing date for schemes than those advertised on the funding web address. This is because QUT has to rank the applications before sending them away, so please supply the application consistent with the QUT web date. A Newsletter is sent to postgraduate students on a bi-monthly basis and often lists current scholarship opportunities from the External Scholarships website.
